Warranty And Guarantee

1. We support 1 year warranty as standard.However, we can support a 2-year warranty or more,

if the customer requires. Please contact us and provide detailed requirements and we will 

propose the most suitable solution to you asap.

2. If it is not man-made damage, we can repair it for free.

3. All of our material were all tested by our QC department before sending to our assembly lines.

4. Customer shall send the proper products which should be under warranty condition to the 

appointed service place for maintenance or repair. For those which are not under warranty 

condition, we will assist for fix. We only charge related material cost. All shippment expense 

is at customer’s expense.
